- Exhaustive testing of a number of models listed below is currently underway.
If you plan on to using a device not on our list with an "approved devices" flat-rate or unlimited plan, there is no guarantee that services will work at full speed (or at all) and we are unable to provide support for BYO Devices.
High-Usage & Flat-Rate plans have a minimum term of 3 months. Cancelling a line within this timeframe will trigger an ETF. IMEIs may not be swapped within the first 3 months after activation, and no more than once every 3 months thereafter. Swapping SIMs between devices may trigger an automatic & irreversable suspension of your line by the carrier.
If you'd like us to test whether your device(s) will work with these plans, please send a unit to us and we will test it with various configurations so we can determine compatibility - we can also test your device with other carriers if required.
100GB LTE Plan (must use specific SIMs):
- Teltonika RUT240 (V2)
- V4A
- Nearly any device that supports Band 13 should work (this information is subject to change)
200GB LTE Plan:
- Nearly any device that supports Band 13 should work (this information is subject to change)
Requires further testing:
The below devices are known to work to some extent, but may end up being deprioritized or throttled (or may not work at all). We have also seen instances where some devices will perform perfectly on a speed-test, but not during real world usage:
- WE826
- WG3526
- GL.iNet x750 (Spitz)
- MOFI4500-4GXeLTE-V2 (both SIM4 and SIM7 versions) ****2020-09-25 These were previously approved but we are re-evaluating support for these devices.
High-Usage & Flat-Rate Plan Exceptions (not eligible for use on flat-rate/high-usage plans):
- Teltonika RUT950, RUT240 (Verizon Variant)
- Verizon branded hotspots (such as SmartHubs, Jetpacks, MiFis etc) are not compatible with high-usage, flat-rate or unlimited plans and can only be used on limited data plans (2 to 22GB).

- Any router using OpenWRT
If you plan on to using a device not on our list with an "approved devices" flat-rate or unlimited plan, there is no guarantee that services will work at full speed (or at all) and we are unable to provide support for devices we are not familiar with.
If you'd like us to test whether your device(s) will work with these plans, please send a unit to us and we will test it with various configurations so we can determine compatibility - we can also test your device with other carriers if required.
Requires Further Testing:

Flat-Rate (Basic Device) LTE Plans:
The below devices are known to work on the "basic device" plans, and may end up being deprioritized or throttled if used on an "approved device" plan (or may not work at all). We have also seen instances where some devices will perform perfectly on a speed-test, but not during real world usage if used on an "approved device" plan:
- Huawei H8372H USB Dongle
- ReadyNet LTE520
- Cradlepoint - all models
- Peplink - all models
- Netgear LB1120
- Huawei B310-518s (some areas only - no band 12)
- Cradlepoint - all models
- Peplink - all models
Flat-Rate Plan Exceptions (not eligible for use on flat-rate/high-usage plans):
- T-Mobile branded hotspots (such as Alcatel Linkzone, ZTE Z915, ZTE Z917, MF64 etc) are not compatible with high-usage, flat-rate or unlimited plans and can only be used on limited data plans (2 to 22GB).
- AT&T branded hotspots (such as ZTE MF275, MF279)
- Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-1A1NAS, MR1100-2A1NAS) (Update 5/20/2020: May not work at all on GSM-T - existing devices may continue to work until further notice, new activations not accepted).
- Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-100NAS) (Update 5/20/2020: May not work at all on GSM-T - existing devices may continue to work until further notice, new activations not accepted).
- GotW3 devices (C4R400 and GotW3 versions of the LTE520) will not be activated on GSM-T at all.
- Mikrotik LTE6 variants (r11e-LTE6, SXT-LTE6, LDF-LTE6, LHG-LTE6 etc).
- T-Mobile's engineering team has informed us that they have revoked authorization for a number of Telit chipsets (such as LM960A18) to be used with Flat-Rate plans. These chipsets are still authorized for use on the T-Mobile network, however, may only be used on IoT/M2M and limited data plans. We have not been offered an explanation for this change, but we suggest using a different module in your device if you intend to activate a flat-rate plan.
Should not be used on the network at all until further notice:
Currently we are not accepting activations for Mikrotik devices with Category 6 LTE modems (LTE6, SXT6 etc) due to the chipset in use in these devices for the reason that they do not support LTE Band 4 or 66. Mikrotik devices with Category 4 LTE modems can still be activated.
