Customers are 100% yours & have to come to you to pay their bill (whether online or offline), so you make money on each new activation plus the difference between our wholesale price and your retail price for ALL bill payments for the life of the account.
You are first point of contact for all subscriber interactions (including monthly payments & support tickets).
Custom support options available (optional extras include branding, 24x7 helpdesk, 24x7 activations, IVR and more).
New optional feature: Access our white-labeled reseller backoffice with your own subdomain (custom DNS or use yourname.cellpaykiosk.com - upload your own logo and customize the color scheme) or use our links & APIs to connect your own website to our systems for subscriber & order management, support tickets, activations, management functions, reports and more.

Minimum spend per month: $750 (comes in to effect after a ramp-up period of no more than 3 months following the Reseller’s “go-live” date)

Wholesale Aggregator

Minimum spend per month $1,500 (may include cumulative spending by sub-accounts - comes in to effect after a ramp-up period of no more than 3 months following the Reseller’s “go-live” date).
Sub-accounts for your own resellers, additional sales locations or franchisees.
Minimum spend per wholesale sub-account per month $500.

FISPA Members *

Platform Setup fee (US Services): One-time setup $750 for access to all wired & wireless networks plus Global SIM, e-SIM services, VoIP & Streaming TV.

Platform Setup fee (International Services): One-time setup $750 for the first country (additional $750 per country thereafter).

Minimum qualifying monthly spend is equal to your setup fee & effective as of your 4th month. If using a payment method other than card, a refundable deposit equal to the setup fee is taken for initial funding of your e-wallet which is used to activate services & we will automatically replenish your e-wallet using your chosen payment method every Friday or as needed (when the balance drops below $100, unless you replenish it yourself).

There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for wholesale; all US & Canada networks are available by default.

There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for standard wholesale unless backoffice option is selected; all US networks are available by default. Setup fee ~~$500~~ waived for all FISPA members in good standing on contracts signed and executed by before July 31, 2020.

There is no SaaS license or monthly maintenance for WISPs or IoT-only accounts, although minimum purchases apply: IoT: 100 IoT device activations WISPs: At least 1 enterprise fiber connection. If using a payment method other than card, a refundable deposit equal to the setup fee is taken for initial funding of your e-wallet which is used to activate services & we will automatically replenish your e-wallet using your chosen payment method every Friday or as needed (when the balance drops below $100, unless you replenish it yourself). A consulting agreement is required for WISP technical expertise (FCC licensing, spectrum, equipment, provisioning, network design etc) & infrastructure implementation & management. Most consulting services are provided remotely, but on-site consulting services are available.

Sub-account setup fee $500 for each country.

Backoffice & Customer Relationship Manager *

A Backoffice Customer Relationship Manager is included by default for Wholesale at no charge. Optionally, you can White/Private Label the Back Office CRM (requires separate SaaS agreement).

I need to white label or private label a customer-facing portal & POS in the US in addition to the standard wholesale platform.

Private Label or White Label our Customer-Facing Subscriber Management platform (customer self-service portal). Requires separate SaaS agreement - Download Here. This option requires a white or private-labeled portal.

All options include access to Global SIM, e-SIM services, VoIP & Streaming TV.

If using a payment method other than card, a refundable deposit equal to 30% of the setup fee is taken for initial funding of your e-wallet which is used to activate services & we will automatically replenish your e-wallet as needed using your chosen payment method when the balance drops below $100 (unless you choose to replenish it yourself).

White Labeled or Private Labeled Cellular/IoT (US) *NEW* *

I need to white label or private label Cellular/IoT services in the US in addition to the standard wholesale platform. This option is not required to offer branded (including WLT) cellular services.

White-labeled cellular/IoT: Create your own plans using our built-in breakage model! One-time setup fee of $5,000 (per network, options on T-Mobile and/or AT&T, costs are passed on from the carrier) + legal costs (may vary by state - usually about $500 per entity per year). Marketing restrictions apply. There is a minimum order quantity of SIM Cards (1,000 units) for this option. Does not include the cost of subscriber services.

Private-labeled cellular/IoT: Create your own completely custom plans & life cycles, options to re-route ILD, 411 etc, custom roaming, voice features, data white-listing, & more. One-time setup fee of $25,000 (per network, options on one or both T-Mobile and AT&T, costs are passed on from the carrier) + legal costs (may vary by state - usually about $500 per entity per year) + compliance costs. Branding requires carrier approval & there is a minimum order quantity of SIM Cards (10,000 units per network) for this option - first SIM order will include a one-time setup fee of $5,000 per network for SIM branding & artwork (costs are passed on from the manufacturer). Does not include the cost of subscriber services.

This option is not required to offer branded cellular services (including WLT). (Cellular services can still be offered using one of our brands using the standard wholesale platform).

Intelligent Network Services *

I would like to be able to route voice, SMS and data traffic through my own Intelligent Network Service Core

White Labeled or Private Labeled Streaming TV *

I need to white label or private label Streaming TV services in addition to the standard wholesale platform. This option is not required to offer Streaming TV services.

Streaming TV (White Labeled): One-time setup $3,500 for Android/AndroidTV & iOS apps, and default Set-Top Box customization.

Streaming TV (Private Labeled):One-time setup $15,000 for Fully Integrated Reseller Panel with custom channel packages, Android/AndroidTV & iOS apps, and default Set-Top Box customization. Monthly Server Costs apply (proportionate to number of subscribers).

Custom developed apps on other platforms, Set-Top Boxes (such as Roku, Tizen, WebOS etc) available upon request (development costs & time to launch may vary).

Monthly minimums apply for custom developed apps. One-time setup does not include the cost of any Streaming TV devices or subscriber services.

This option is not required to offer Streaming TV services (Streaming TV services can still be offered using one of our brands).

Private Labeled VOIP *

I need to private label VOIP services in addition to the standard wholesale platform. This option is not required to offer VOIP services.

VOIP: One-time setup $499 for custom VOIP server.

Does not include the monthly server maintenance, cost of customer equipment, apps or subscriber services.

This option is not required to offer VOIP services (VOIP services can still be offered using one of our brands using the standard wholesale platform).

WLT VAR/VAD *

I'm interested in becoming a value-added distributor for WLT in addition to the standard wholesale platform. This option is required to offer WLT-branded cellular services and to procure certain devices.

WLT VAR/VAD: There is no charge to become a WLT VAR or VAD. You may optionally choose to purchase certain features from WLT separately.

This option is required to offer WLT-branded cellular services and to procure certain devices. WLT-branded services are available on a commission only basis (no re-billing/marking-up is allowed).

Applies only for volume billing commitments, although there are no specific commitments required in order to get started. White Label SIM now offers volume pricing and the prices for each subscriber line/connection can be discounted even further as you reach milestones in your overall billing volume or for established businesses ready and able to commit to monthly minimum billing increments, but we're happy to help you if you're just starting out from $0. If you're planning on more than $1m/mo, select $1m and we can discuss in more detail.

Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligation: Each of the parties, as Recipient, agrees that such Recipient will not use, disseminate, or in any way disclose any Confidential Information of the other party, as Discloser, to any person, firm or business, except to the extent necessary for internal evaluations in connection with negotiations, discussions, and consultations with personnel or authorized representatives of such Discloser, and for any other purpose such Discloser may hereafter authorize in writing. Furthermore, the existence of any business negotiations, discussions, consultations or agreements in progress between the parties shall not be released to any form of public media without written approval of both parties. Each of the parties, as Recipient, agrees that such Recipient shall treat all Confidential Information of the Recipient’s own Confidential Information, but in no case less than reasonable care. Each of the parties, as Recipient, which is not an individual agrees that such Recipient shall disclose Confidential Information of the other party, as Discloser, only to those of such Recipient’s employees who need to know such information, and such Recipient certifies that such Recipient’s employees who need to know such information, and such Recipient certifies that such Recipient employees have previously agreed, either as a condition to employment or in order to obtain the Confidential Information of the Discloser, to be bound by terms and conditions substantially similar to those terms and conditions applicable to such Recipient under this Agreement. Each of the parties, as Recipient, shall immediately give notice to the other party, as Discloser, of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Discloser’s Confidential Information. Each of the parties as Recipient, agrees to assist the other party, as Discloser, in remedying any such unauthorized use or disclosure of Discloser’s Confidential Information.

Disclosure of Third Party Information: Neither party shall communicate any information to the other in violation of the proprietary rights of any third party.

No Warranty: All Confidential Information is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding such Confidential Information’s accuracy or performance.

Term: This Agreement shall govern all communications between the parties that are made during the period from the Effective Date to the date on which either party receives from the other written notice that subsequent communications shall not be so governed, provided, however, that each party’s obligations under Paragraph 2 (“Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligations”) with respect to Confidential Information of the other party which such each party has previously received shall continue in perpetuity.

No Assignment: Neither party will assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Injunctive Relief: A breach by either party of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to the other party for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and such other party shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages if appropriate).

Non-Disclosure Agreement *

I acknowledge that my submission of this form binds me to the White Label SIM non-disclosure clauses above.

An email containing a link to your Master Service Agreement, automatically generated & pre-filled with the information you provide, will be sent to the email address you supply in this form. This email will also include instructions for submitting all required documentation and payment information through our secure, encrypted forms.

Notice: The information provided on this form and any subsequent forms will be used to create your company and user profiles within our portal upon submission and approval of all necessary documentation and payment information. ISP Wholesale Networks does not buy, sell, or distribute information to third parties, except where required to establish accounts, conduct business operations, or fulfill KYC verification and compliance requirements in accordance with applicable local laws.

Please be advised:

No payments are due until your signed agreement has been approved and your payment and identification information verified. Once approved, you will receive a link to our self-onboarding system and a pro forma invoice, which will be due upon receipt.
Activation of your reseller account, distribution of SIM cards, hardware, or other materials is contingent on both submission of the signed agreement and payment information, as well as payment of applicable setup fees.
Any services offered for "testing" prior to completion of necessary documentation and payment information will be provided directly by Hayai Broadband at standard retail rates and are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated and may be subject to fluctuations based on current exchange rates.
